Looking for other local services that are queer-friendly? This is a non-comprehensive list but includes those we have connected with and provide excellent care/services. Please go support these businesses and contact us if you would like to be added to the list!

Queer Health & Wellness Resources

Located downtown Olympia this gym offers open gym access, personal/small group/online training options, and rocks functional equipment including multiple squat racks. Doors are locked for your safety and members must be LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Vivian (she/her) runs this quaint yoga studio downtown Olympia. Her 20+ years of experience teaching Ashtanga-style yoga (a very dynamic/athletic version of hatha yoga), make her excellent at providing one-on-one programming and adjusting for various skill levels and body needs. Everyone is welcome in this queer-friendly space. 

Caiti (she/her) is a full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula specializing in non-traditional families. Located near Quilcene on the Olympic Peninsula. 

This full service medial/dental/behavioral health clinic is located in Tacoma. Dr. Abigail Kress, DO (she/her) at the Hilltop Medical Clinic specializes in LGBTQ+ services including gender-affirming hormones. The clinic takes most insurances including state plans and also has a sliding scale; no one is turned away due to inability to pay. 

Dr. Chelsea Unruh (they/them) is a family practice physician at Yelm Family Medicine. They specialize in providing gender affirming care for transgender and non-binary patients.

Dr. Megan (she/her) is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Seattle and performs gender affirmation top surgery. Not only does she do incredible work, she is also a wonderful human being with an excellent bedside manner. 

*She was Dr. Trey's top surgeon in 2019

Dr. Jess (she/they) is an OB/GYN surgeon in Olympia. She provides valuable care to the LGBTQ+ community including gender affirmation hysterectomies and is skilled in minimally-invasive robotics techniques.

Dr. Savahn (she/her) is a naturopathic primary care provider in Olympia. She works with many LGBTQ+ patients and is skilled in hormone management. 

Offering counseling and therapy services, Destiny Rendon (she/they) specializes in providing care to the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. She is also currently earning her PhD in Psychedelic Studies in order to provide psychedelic-assisted therapy. 

Cade Dibble, SLP (they/them) provides virtual speech therapy services across the spectrums of age, gender, neurodiversities, and abilities. They specialize in providing gender-affirming voice therapy, pediatric feeding therapy, and speech-language therapy for adults recovering from a stroke. In network with Regence, Kaiser, and Premera insurances, also operate on a sliding scale. 

Jake Brocx (they/them) is a queer, trans, trauma-informed massage therapist and parent. They prioritize queer, trans, people of color, and fat folks. Therapy styles include deep tissue and injury treatment, along with chest/breast scar tissue massage for folks after gender affirmation or cancer surgeries. They recently started providing gender and relationship coaching as well. Operates on a sliding scale. 

Sydney (she/her) owns this queer, trans, and BIPOC welcoming space downtown Olympia. She offers classes for all levels of dancers, including a queer specific weekly ballet class. She operates on a sliding scale and also has gender neutral restrooms/changing areas.

This non-profit clinic in West Olympia offers services in a group setting on a sliding scale. Acupuncturist Shelby Smith (they/them) offers a welcoming environment to the queer community. 

This store downtown Olympia has a plethora of new and used gear for all of your outdoor adventure needs. Managed by Jared (he/him), a member of the queer community, this quant shop is welcome to everyone. 

Located downtown Olympia, this queer, body positive, and trauma sensitive gym offers personal and small group training along with online coaching. 

This LGBTQ+ inclusive barbershop/salon is a safe-space for everyone. Jen (they/them) and colleagues work to make you feel welcome, confident, and full of style with a fresh cut or shave. Services are listed by hair length rather than gender, since hair doesn't have a gender! 

Stacey (she/her) is a certified personal trainer and integrative wellness coach. She offers online coaching services for all bodies, with a vast history of supporting the queer, trans, and BIPOC communities. 

Austin Papasian (they/he) is a mental health therapist with additional training in elemental plant medicine and substance abuse. As a neurodivergent transgender individual Austin is trans and queer positive, polyamory and kink positive, fat positive, and promotes disability justice. Operates on a sliding scale. In person downtown Olympia or virtually.
