Meet the Team
Dr. Trey Larant (he/him)
PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Trey was born and raised in Wisconsin. He graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse. After his last clinical rotation in Olympia, he fell in love with Washington and has lived here ever since. Trey treats various orthopedic injuries in the clinic with a particular passion for endurance athletes, teen athletes, and the LGBTQ+ community. Trey uses a movement-based, holistic approach to treatment that aligns with each patient's specific needs, sports, and necessary daily activities. Trey is constantly learning new methods to better treat his patients. In 2023, he became Dry Needling Certified.

As a trans man, Trey strives to make all his patients feel safe and welcome. After seeing the lack of resources for those recovering from gender-affirming surgeries, Trey developed programs with one-on-one support to help give those in the community the healthcare they deserve.

Trey enjoys being active outdoors in his spare time with his dog Milo, including running, hiking, backpacking, and skiing. Trey's drive to grow his knowledge and his welcoming demeanor make him an exceptional physical therapist.
Meghan Reichert (she/her)
CNC
Meghan is from Tumwater, WA, and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Zoology. She has been working as a physical therapist aide since graduation and started graduate school through Hawai'i-Pacific University for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in fall 2024. She is a Certified Nutrition Coach and personal trainer. She loves to provide her clients with knowledge they will utilize for the rest of their lives to reach their goals. When not at work, Meghan enjoys getting outside, cooking, playing piano, crafting, and spending time with her two Labs, Daisy and Lincoln.
Charlie Hubbs (he/him)
MS, ACSM-EP, CSCS, CPT, CES, SNS
Charlie was born and raised in Illinois – just outside of St. Louis – and just moved to Washington in 2023. He comes to Wellness Evergreen Company with master's degrees in education and kinesiology from Southern Illinois University, a laundry list of fitness certifications from various agencies, and an abundance experience working in the health and wellness field. Previously, Charlie has worked as a graduate teaching assistant, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, strength and conditioning coach, and as exercise physiologist. Concurrently, he is employed at Western State Hospital as a counselor working to rehabilitate those diagnosed with a serious mental illness through exercise. Charlie is deeply interested in the effects of exercise on the brain and mind and aspires to obtain his therapist license and/or his doctorate in the future.

Personally, growing up, Charlie fell in love with the game of baseball, continued to play into college at Lindenwood University, and further provided private lessons to clients after he was finished. Any game with a ball, count Charlie in, but nothing compares to baseball. Charlie also grew up in rural Illinois, so he enjoys anything that gets him outside – walking, running, climbing, paddling, motorsports, etc. Finally, Charlie is intensely passionate about reading, particularly philosophy, and therefore loves to ask endless amounts questions that can never truly be answered; in fact, he actually insists that exercise is very much a philosophical/spiritual endeavor and has even previously designed a group fitness class inspired by one of his favorite compositions – ‘The Myth of Sisyphus.’
Milo (he/him)
PT Pup
Milo is a five-year-old Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix from Bend, OR. His hobbies include playing fetch, swimming, running, and playing with other dogs. Milo's empathetic personality makes it easy for him to identify if someone is sad or in pain. He does his best to ensure all patients are comforted and encouraged with kisses while they are at our clinic. Milo also works to keep the energy level high during training sessions.
